Once you have watched our example video and practiced the technique, you can decide where on the free graded training scheme you should start (see Scaling video below for example tasks). Training videos have been developed for various tennis ball catching tasks, as well as catching larger and lighter balls. To show how the quiet eye concept can be applied to other interceptive sports we have also included an 'Other Activities' video.
